Waiting Is Not My Forte

I had a glimmer of hope (but mostly not) that we'd have some sort of an update on our file, but unfortunately there isn't any. As well we had requested a second set of tests on Vu's liver but we will have to wait until after the holiday in Vietnam to see if our request has been granted and if so, what the results are. The families that received proposals just before us, received the child documents just last week, so our agency is hoping that we will see our child's documents soon. Some families travel soon after they receive these documents (as little as one week) however some will have to wait up to two months after. We still aren't certain where we are going to fall within this large wait span. In the meantime, we continue to wait. Some days more patiently. We still haven't shared any of this information with anyone, which is hard in itself. We want to shout it to the world but after what China turned around and did to us, not to mention kept our money, we still have somewhat of an open scab and are just preparing ourselves, just incase. We were told that after we get the child's documents, we should be able to breath a little easier, so come on child documents...Get Here Already!!
